Visitors are most welcome to browse and view our offering at will. However, to participate in active transaction, users are required to login and register to proceed.
Upon successful registration, you will be provided with a user id and password which will be especially useful in identifying members with similar registered names, tracking delivery status, and collecting rewards in our referral and loyalty programs.

- This function brings members to a page that allows input of up to 10 referral names and corresponding email addresses
- These referrals will be tagged onto the referrer’s account for reward points accumulation and programme administrator tracking
- If the referred is already an existing member, the inbuilt programme will serve to prompt that the referred person is already an active member.
Note for the Membership Registration
- The registration form will prompt for an alternative or secondary email address for identity verification purposes.
- Upon completion of registration, an activation link will be emailed to user at the primary email provided.
- User retrieves this activation email and clicks on the link to activate the account which automatically brings the user to the website’s login page.
How do I purchase an item?
1) When you see an item you want to purchase, click the "Add To Cart" button. This Button appears along with the price of each item and its descriptive text.
2) Review Your Shopping Cart. Upon clicking the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to your Shopping Cart, where the item you have selected will appear. If you want to buy more of the same item, simply increase the order quantity using the up or down arrow until the box reflect the desired quantity. If you decide to remove an item from your Shopping Cart, simply click the "Remove" link that appears to the right of the Product price for each item. Remember to press "Update" if you make any changes in your cart.
3) Continue Shopping. If you would like to purchase other items, you can click one of the "Previous Page" or "Back to Product Listing" buttons that appear at the top and bottom of the Shopping Cart page.
4) Checkout. If you have finished shopping, you can start our quick Checkout by clicking one of the "Checkout" buttons that appear at the top and bottom of the Shopping Cart page. If this is the first time you have shopped with us, we will need your email address to communicate about your order, followed by:
Address Information During this step, you must provide the address to which the items you have selected should be delivered to along with a contact’s name and phone number. If this is also your billing address, check the box at the bottom of the form so you don't have to fill this information in again. Your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Shipping Options During this step you can confirm your shipping address and select your shipping method. Domestic methods are: Standard, Priority and Express.
Payment Information During this step, you will be asked to enter a coupon code if you have one. Next, you must choose the type of credit card you will use (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) and provide the number and expiration date. Alternatively, you can opt to pay Cash On Delivery (applicable for Singapore only). If the billing address is different from the shipping address for the item(s), fill in the billing address and press "Next Step."
Note: All of the information you provide during Checkout is kept strictly confidential.
Confirm Your Order In this step you can review Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Billing Address, and the last four digits and expiration date of the credit card you will use for your purchase. The information can be changed with the "edit" links that appear under each field.
5) Purchase. To complete your order, click the "Purchase" button that appears at the top and bottom of the "Confirm Your Order" page. You will then come to our "Thank You For Your Order Page." This page will provide you with an Order Number and will recap shipping, billing and purchase information. Please print this page for your records. Your Order Number will assist in tracking your shipment or other questions you may have about your purchase.

- Every referral who visits www.mycrystalball.com.sg for the first time entitles you to 10 cents (CrystalBall Currency) that will be credited into your CrystalBall Member Account.
- Every referral whom thereafter becomes a member entitles you to 30 cents (CrystalBall Currency); again credited to your CrystalBall Member Account.
- Every referred member’s 1st purchase of minimum $200 entitles you to 20 dollars (CrystalBall Currency) that will be accumulated in your CrystalBall Member Account.
